“Instant withdrawals” is the most repeated promise in casino marketing. This guide explains what the different statements mean, why we treat a target differently from a guarantee, and shows every withdrawal-time statement we recorded for the casinos we profile.
Two clocks: the casino and the network
A crypto withdrawal has two stages. First the casino processes the request (checks, approval, release). Then the blockchain confirms the transaction – minutes on fast networks, longer when a network is congested. Casinos can only promise the first stage; the second is outside their control. Fiat withdrawals add a third stage: the bank or e-wallet.
Six kinds of statements – and what they are worth
- Firm maximum (“within 24 hours”) – the only type we treat as assessable.
- Share of withdrawals (“90 % reach your wallet in under one minute”) – says nothing about the other 10 %.
- “Most” withdrawals – a majority statement without a ceiling.
- Typical / average (“on average 3–5 working days”) – an average, not a limit.
- Target (“we shall try to pay within 1 hour, however it may take longer”) – a goal with an escape clause.
- Conditional / indicative (“times published are indicative only”) – no commitment at all.
Our methodology (v1.6, withdrawal-time statements) scores only firm statements from binding documents. A target with an unquantified exception earns no points – we show it as “casino says” and never as a measured value.

The quote is the casino’s own wording; the type tells you how much weight it carries. Where no time is stated, the row says so.

What actually delays a withdrawal
- Pending verification – the most common cause; see our KYC guide.
- Wagering conditions – deposits that must be wagered once, or an active bonus with unmet requirements.
- Limits – daily or monthly caps; large amounts paid in instalments (stated in some terms).
- Method rules – many terms return withdrawals to the deposit method or the same coin.
- Manual review – larger or unusual withdrawals are often reviewed by a person.
