NetBet (Greece) – questions answered from the record
Short answers, each backed by the sources on this page. Nothing here is a test result or a recommendation.
Is NetBet (Greece) licensed?
NetBet (Greece) states a licence from null. We found the licence and the exact domain netbet.gr in the regulator’s register (checked 14 Oct 2026). A licence is a fact about registration, not a promise about the casino.
Who operates NetBet (Greece)?
NetBet (Greece) is operated by NetBet Enterprises Ltd. (Malta), as named in the regulator’s register and the casino’s documents.
Does NetBet (Greece) require KYC (identity verification)?
It may be required at any time. Terms 4.1/6.1: an account starts as 'Προσωρινός' (temporary) until identity is verified; documents (clear copy of valid ID card, passport or equivalent, and any additional document requested) must be supplied within 30 days of account creation. While temporary: cumulative deposits up to EUR 800 only (6.1 α), no withdrawals (6.1 β). If not completed in 30 days the account is blocked ('Φραγή') with a further 30 days to supply documents, then closed (6.1 γ). 4.3 α: deposits of EUR 5,000 or more per transaction are accepted only after verifying that the declared payment account belongs to the player; withdrawals of EUR 800 or more per transaction are made only after confirming the payment account belongs to the player (12.9 repeats the 800 EUR rule). 4.2 δ: identity verification is repeated when doubts arise. 12.2: the casino may ask for proof of payment-instrument ownership (photo, selfie, bank statement). Failure to provide requested information or giving inaccurate information leads to blocking/closing and a report to the HGC / AML authority (4.5). Records are kept 10 years (4.3). Privacy policy not read in full.
What is the current welcome offer at NetBet (Greece)?
3-deposit welcome package: up to EUR 700 bonus and 200 free spins. Wagering: 30x the deposit-bonus amount; 40x on free-spin winnings. Time limit: 7 days from issue. Checked 14 Oct 2026; casino’s own statement, not part of the Smarter Score. 18+, T&Cs apply.
Good to know before you play
Documented points from the casino’s own terms and the registers we checked. Neutral and sourced, never a judgement of intent.
The same legal entity that holds the Greek licences, Netbet Enterprises Limited, agreed a settlement with the UK Gambling Commission on 5 November 2025 (payment in lieu of a financial penalty of GBP 650,000) after a review found failings in its anti-money-laundering and social-responsibility controls on its UK licence between October 2023 and July 2024. The register page concerns the UK licence and does not mention the Greek site.
An account with no participation for 12 months is classed as inactive and a EUR 5 monthly maintenance fee is charged against the balance (30 days' prior notice); after a further 12 months the account is closed and any balance paid out.
A fee of 1.5% of the amount is charged on withdrawal requests of EUR 500 or more (terms 12.10); no fee is stated below that amount.
The welcome package carries 30x wagering on the deposit bonus and 40x on free-spin winnings, a EUR 1,000 cap on convertible winnings per deposit bonus and a 7-day validity; a withdrawal request before wagering is complete cancels the bonus and its winnings. The page does not state a maximum bet or game contributions, and the casino may modify promotion terms without notice.
