Key findings
- 5 of 15 casinos publish a numeric withdrawal cap per period in their terms (888casino ≈ USD 30,000/month; mBit Casino ≈ USD 855,397/month; Mirax Casino ≈ USD 46,841/month; Wild.io ≈ USD 200,000/month; Winz.io ≈ USD 400,000/month).
- 1 of 15 state explicitly that there is no fixed limit (Gamdom); 9 of 15 publish no cap at all in the documents we read – which is not the same as having none.
- 2 of 15 document a per-transaction maximum for at least one coin (BitStarz, mBit Casino).
- 7 of 15 reserve the right to pay large wins in instalments (888casino, BitStarz, Gamdom, mBit Casino, Mirax Casino, Wild.io, Winz.io).
- Withdrawal time: only 3 of 15 state a firm maximum (mBit Casino, Mirax Casino, Roobet); 11 give a target, a typical time or a share of withdrawals; 1 state no time at all. A target such as “we try to pay within 1 hour” is not a promise.
- Fees: 1 of 15 state that the casino itself charges no withdrawal fee (BitStarz); for 3 the casino’s own pages disagree with each other; the rest publish no clear fee statement. Network fees are separate.

How we checked
For each casino we read the binding terms, the payments or cashier pages and the help centre, and recorded: the withdrawal cap per period where one is stated (converted to USD at the time of the check for comparability), per-transaction maxima per coin, clauses on instalments or forfeiture, the casino’s own withdrawal fee statement, and the processing-time statement with its document class. Time statements are classified by wording – a firm maximum, a target (“we try”), a typical time, a share of withdrawals (“90 % within…”) or a conditional statement – following Methodology v1.6. We do not measure withdrawals ourselves; nothing here is a test result.
What this dataset does not show
- “No cap published” means we found no cap in the documents we read; a casino can still apply limits inside the account or case by case.
- USD conversions of crypto-denominated caps are as of the check date and move with the market.
- Fees and limits can differ per coin, VIP level and country; the table shows the general statement.
- Only casinos with a published research profile are included.
Questions
Is a casino without a published cap better than one with a cap?
Not necessarily. A published cap is a known rule you can plan around. No published cap means the rule is unknown until you ask for a large withdrawal.
Why do you distinguish a “target” from a “firm maximum”?
Because “we try to pay within 1 hour, however it may take longer” binds the casino to nothing. Only a statement without such an escape clause counts as a maximum in our method.
