Key findings
- 14 of 39 casinos make at least one statement that withdrawals are instant or take an hour or less – 26 such statements out of the 117 time statements we recorded (BetFlag, BitStarz, Codere, Gamdom, MrQ, Paf, PlayOJO, PokerStars Casino, Roobet, Shuffle, Sky Vegas, TOTO Casino, Unibet, Wolfbet).
- Where those statements stand: at 1 casino one appears in the binding terms (BitStarz), at 2 only as far up as a payments table (BetFlag, PokerStars Casino), and at 11 only on a help-centre or marketing page (Codere, Gamdom, MrQ, Paf, PlayOJO, Roobet, Shuffle, Sky Vegas, TOTO Casino, Unibet, Wolfbet).
- 0 of 26 instant or sub-hour statements are a firm maximum in the binding terms. 8 of 39 casinos state a firm maximum in their binding terms at all (BetFlag 7 days, Efbet (Greece) 1 day, Goldbet 7 days, LeoVegas 7 days, Lottomatica 7 days, NetBet (Greece) 5 days, Planetwin365 7 days, Vera&John 7 days); those maxima run from 1 day to 7 days.
- The wording carries its own qualifier in 21 of 26 instant or sub-hour statements: firm figure 5, typical / average 7, “most” withdrawals 5, share of withdrawals 3, target (“we try”) 4, conditional (“with exceptions”, “depending on”) 2. Words that turn a promise into an aim: “try”, “in some cases”, “may take longer”, “average”, “aim”, “usually”, “depending on”, “most”, “99% of”, “almost”.
- 8 of the instant or sub-hour statements describe when the money arrives with a specific payment method (instant bank transfer, card payouts), not how long the casino takes to approve the request. A statement about arrival says nothing about the time a withdrawal waits for approval.
- Smarter Score: 3 of 39 casinos earn points for withdrawal time, because only a firm maximum in reviewed binding terms counts (Efbet (Greece), NetBet (Greece), Vera&John); for 6 the criterion is not assessable yet, every other casino gets 0 for this criterion however fast its marketing sounds.
- Missing: 1 casino publishes no withdrawal time we could record (Maria Casino); at 16 more the binding terms say nothing about withdrawal time.
Why “instant” is a word, not a promise
A withdrawal passes through two clocks. The first is the casino’s: it approves the request, runs any identity or security check and sends the payment. The second belongs to the network or the bank that carries the money. Most “instant” statements describe one clock only, and very few of them are written into the document that binds the casino. Our guide to withdrawal times explains the two clocks; this dataset counts what the casinos actually wrote.
Documents carry different weight. The binding terms are the contract you accept at sign-up; a payments table or cashier page describes methods; the help centre answers questions; a marketing page sells. When they disagree, the binding terms decide, which is why our method reads them first and why a help-centre answer of “instantly” cannot outweigh terms that say “we shall try within one hour, however in some cases withdrawals may take longer”. Each statement here is classified by its own wording: a firm figure, a target (“we try”, “we aim”), a typical or average time, a share (“90% of withdrawals”), a statement about most withdrawals, or a conditional one (“with few exceptions”, “depending on the method”). Only a firm figure without such an escape clause counts as a maximum, and only in reviewed binding terms does it count in the Smarter Score.
This is not a speed comparison and must not be read as one. We do not deposit or withdraw, so no time on this page is measured; every figure is what the casino wrote, quoted verbatim with its document and the date we read it. A casino that writes nothing about time is not slower than one that writes “instant” – it has simply made no statement you could hold it to. How we checked
For each casino we read the binding terms, the payments or cashier page, the help centre and the main marketing pages, and recorded every statement about how long a withdrawal takes: the verbatim quote, the document it appears in, the payment method and stage it covers (the casino’s processing, or arrival with the player), the figure it names, and the type of statement given by its wording. We also recorded which documents were reviewed for time statements at all. A statement counts as instant or sub-hour here when the figure it names is 60 minutes or less, or – where it names no figure – when its wording says instant, immediately or within minutes (in any of the site languages). It counts as a firm maximum in the binding terms only when it states a figure without a qualifier and the binding terms were reviewed in full. Whether it earns points is the output of the scoring engine of Methodology v4.1. Casinos are listed alphabetically; every count is computed from the same records that build the profiles, and no commercial data is read.
What this dataset does not show
- Nothing here is measured. We do not deposit or withdraw; a casino can pay faster or slower than it writes.
- A casino that states no time, or only a slow one, is not shown to be slower than one that writes “instant”.
- Statements often cover one payment method or one stage only; the CSV keeps the method and stage of each, and the table shows the document and stage of the statement quoted.
- Identity checks, bonus rules, limits and network congestion delay withdrawals regardless of any statement.
- Pages change. Each statement carries the date we read it; a later edition is reflected at the next re-check, which the profile logs.
- Only casinos with a published research profile are included.
Questions
Do instant withdrawal casinos really pay out instantly?
The casinos say so in 26 statements, but 0 of them are a firm maximum in the binding terms. Most come with a qualifier – “we aim”, “most withdrawals”, “with few exceptions” – or stand only on a help or marketing page. We have not measured any of them.
Which casinos promise a withdrawal time in their binding terms?
8 of 39: BetFlag (7 days), Efbet (Greece) (1 day), Goldbet (7 days), LeoVegas (7 days), Lottomatica (7 days), NetBet (Greece) (5 days), Planetwin365 (7 days), Vera&John (7 days). These are the only statements a player could hold the casino to as a maximum; none of them is an hour or less.
Why does a fast statement on the help page not count in the Smarter Score?
Because the help centre and marketing pages do not bind the casino, and the binding terms decide when documents disagree. Only a firm figure without an escape clause in reviewed binding terms counts as a maximum, so a help-centre “instantly” earns no points.
