The casino's marketing describes payouts as instant or within minutes, but the binding terms give no processing time and say the duration depends on the banks and that the casino is not responsible for delays by payment providers. The promotions page says arrival can take up to 2 working days.
Requesting a withdrawal before the bonus is fully wagered forfeits the bonus and the winnings made with it; the welcome bonus must be wagered 30 times within 30 days, and bets above EUR 5 per round do not count toward wagering.
Deposits are possible by iDEAL | Wero only and withdrawals by Trustly bank transfer only, to a verified Dutch bank account; there is no other payment route.
The Dutch regulator (Ksa) gave operator Play North Limited a formal anti-money-laundering instruction (aanwijzing) on 10 November 2022: it found that player transactions and the origin of players' money were not monitored well enough and that nine transactions were not reported to the financial intelligence unit in time. Play North's objection was rejected in April 2023 and the decision is final. No fine was imposed; the result of the Ksa follow-up check was not found.
