The Anjouan issuer's own register listed Novatrix SRL (ALSI-202508056-FI2) with about 60 other brand domains; that register is issuer-operated ("Listed in issuer registry") and the Comoros central bank has publicly disputed the authority of the Anjouan licensing bodies (communiqué of 8 Dec 2025; see the regulator file).
